2.1 Sales made via the Site are intended exclusively for end users qualified as “Consumers” under applicable legislation.
3. Order Process
3.1 To place an order, complete the online form and follow the instructions provided.
3.2 Before confirming, you can review a summary including the price, taxes, shipping costs, and return conditions.
3.3 Submitting the order implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
3.4 A confirmation email will be sent after the order is received.
3.5 The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order in case of incomplete information, solvency issues, or product unavailability.
4. Product Details and Pricing
4.1 The products offered are original artworks created by KRAM2ART.
4.2 While we strive to accurately represent the products, slight color or appearance variations may occur depending on screens or display devices.
4.3 Prices are subject to change and are only final upon order submission.
5. Payment
5.1 Accepted payment methods:

6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 Shipments are handled by Colissimo or Colissimo International, with delivery against signature.
6.2 Delivery fees and estimated timelines are specified during the order process.
6.3 Customs duties and import taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes, or import fees may be required upon parcel arrival.
👉 These charges are entirely the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price nor covered by KRAM2ART. We recommend checking with your local customs authorities before ordering.
7. Return Policy
7.1 Right of Withdrawal (non-custom artworks)
In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal on non-customized artworks.
Return conditions:
- Product in perfect, unused condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by all certificates or documents provided
- Shipped at your expense via a traceable and insured service
Refund (including standard shipping costs) will be made within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of reshipment.
7.2 No Right of Withdrawal (custom artworks)
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, customized artworks (made-to-order or commissioned pieces) are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
7.3 Damaged or incorrect artworks
In case of receiving a damaged or incorrect artwork, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including supporting photos.
If the issue is confirmed, a replacement or refund will be offered, along with coverage of return shipping costs.
8. Legal Warranty
You benefit from the legal warranties of conformity and hidden defects in accordance with Articles L217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code and 1641 and following of the Civil Code. Additional information is available upon request.
